Rocking rock attacks and my unknown about the Unown
I have two thing that have been bothering me while playing diamond.
First I wanted to teach one of my pokemon (not saying which because I don't need other attack suggestions) a rock type attack. Now this Pokemon mainly can learn Rock Slide and Stone Edge as rock attacks.
Now if I remember their main stats are
Stone Edge:
-Rock Slide:
5 pps
-10 pps
100 base power
-75 base power
80% accuracy
-90% accuracy
High Critical hit ratio
-May cause foe to flinch
So which do you think would be better suited in battle? Stone edge is definitely more powerful but it lacks the accuracy and pps, not to mention Rock Slide can cause my opponent to lose his chance at attack me.
Second is in all the games since the 2nd generation there's been a side-quest to catch the Unown. Recently I purchased a 2nd hand Fire Red version with several Unown already captured on the saved file. So I was wondering if the transferred Unown of different letters, if it would count towards completing the side-quest or do I have to capture each in the game itself?
