Old Electronic Mew Question

Hey! I found my old electronic Mew buried in some old things of mine today. It's a bit dirty, and the battery pack is missing the back, but it still speaks. However, the tail nor eyes no longer move. I can feel the tail wanting to move, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this, or where is a more proper place to ask? I wasn't too careful with my old toys when I was younger. XD
