Has anyone else ever used Pokemon.com's Support page to reset their PGL account? How long did it take?

I lost my Black 2 cartridge last week and was forced to put in a support request to reset my account for my new cartridge's ID, and after 4 days I still haven't received an answer saying they've reset it.

I'm getting really frustrated with this- I would like to be able to log back on so I can complete the team I was working on and get back to my game, but I can't do any of that until my account is reset, and I'd at least like to be able to get back in in time to get the Darkrai doll back.

How much longer should I wait before contacting them/putting in another support ticket?
