"Dream" Team Advice

I have SoulSilver, and when I get the extra money I plan on getting HeartGold. On HG I want to try a team I've always wanted in the Johto region, by breeding Pokemon on SS and sending them over.

I want Scizor, Pidgeot, Amphros, Charizard, Dragonite, and Feraligator. All of them are among my favorite Pokemon.

I'm still new to IV/EV training and using natures to an advantage. Do you guys have suggestions as to what would be the best choices for said Pokemon?
