I actually have a favor to ask. I really, really want a vulpix with the ability drought, but I've had absolutely no luck in getting one, so I thought I'd ask here. I can't really offer anything but fodder, Sorry! but you'd have my eternal gratitude.
So, does anyone have a drought enabled vulpix they'd be willing to give me? My FC is
