Pokemon Black and White Event in Rockefeller Center NYC!
Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've been active here XD
So I was able to skip out of work for 3 hours to attend the event. I wasn't able to get the game however, and therefore couldn't get Victini ;_; but the line literally wrapped around the entire block and wasn't blessed with time. I honestly didn't think the turnout would be this grand. Here is a link to my flickr where I uploaded pictures from today's event:

overall I think the event was very successful. It was amazing seeing so many people there of various ages. plus I got an adorable Pidove to take home ^___^
unfortunately I couldn't stay the entire time. I think I left around 5, so I'm not really sure what I missed after that but there were tents set up right next to Nintendo World that had huge inflatable balloons of the pokemon <33 and tvs where you could play the games. They were playing music from various games on large speakers which I thought was amazing. game music ftw ^__^ periodically the host (who was dressed up as professor araragi lol) would come out to entertain the crowd. mascot pikachu was a great addition too XD I can't wait to go to Target tmr to pick up my copy and hopefully a free artbook that they have advertised. (I still don't know what version to get though T__T I need to hurry and make up my mind..what should I do D: )
