Nintendo has published the details of the WiFi giveaway for the Liberty Pass which gives you access to Victini for the US. In the US, you can get the Liberty Pass from launch; March 6th 2011 to April 10th 2011 making the giveaway two weeks shorter than its European equivilant. This item gives players the ability to go to Liberty Island and capture Victini.
