It's time you were all infected...
Or your desktops, rather. Infected with cute!
What in the world are these? They're called "Shimeji". They're adorable little things that will run around your desktop, for the sole purpose of being cute. They can replicate themselves, climb up the sides of your screen and internet windows, and have even been known to push internet windows off-screen. You can pick them up and toss them into the air, or make them all gather and stare adoringly at your mouse. It's a simple little program that runs from your taskbar, and doesn't take up a huge amount of space on your hard drive. And they've recently exploded in popularity. (I think within an hour of my typing this at least three were finished and uploaded!)
Many of the Pokémon Shimeji can be found here. There are a lot of others from different series as well. And they're actually fairly easy to make, only time-consuming as there are 46 different images involved in making one.
Just thought I'd spread the cuteness that is invading my desktop. :)
