unable to locate suicine in HGSS
As the title says! You're supposed to come across it in the Burned Tower, then Cianwood harbour, outside Mt Mortar, at the Vermillion harbour, route 14, and finally route 25, where you battle it (if you defeat it, it will return to Burned Tower).
I am 100% sure I saw it when I first arrived in Vermillion with the SS Aqua. But I haven't seen in since. I've backtraced all the way, multiple times, and I am absolutely sure I have not battled it (it's not listed as 'seen' in my pokédex and it has not gone back to Burned Tower). However, I can't find it anywhere on Route 14 or 25, or anywhere else for that matter. Am I missing something? Is there something I need to do or unlock before I can chase Suicune further?
[b]Edit:[/b] It turns out he was on the sea next to route 14 and I had to walk along the water's edge to see him.
