Premier Balls + Lugia

So I'm trying to catch Lugia- in a Premier Ball, mostly for personal satisfaction- and I'm curious what the catch rate is with this ball. Is it more and less the same as a regular Pokeball?

Also, is it better to put him to sleep or paralyze him? Do I need False Swipe or can it be caught with just a little HP?

I should probably go buy some Pokeball bundles to get more Premier Balls. I only have like three and I'll probably never catch it with so few (without lots of SRs)

I caught my Cresselia in a Heal Ball. ULTRA BALLS ARE UGLY.

It took me 40-something, with False Swipe + Sleep.

Ultra Balls are really ugly. And having Lugia in a Premier Ball just... god it would be SO COOL.

i caught Palkia in a Heal Ball :P i got obsessed with trying to catch it in something that had the same color-scheme lol

and i caught my Croconaw and shiny hoothoot in Premier balls :D and i caught Dialga in a Luxury Ball! <3 in my opinion, Premier and Luxury balls are the prettiest even tho they have the same rates as pokeballs.

i think Luxury/Premier balls should be the choice pokeballs of Pkmn B/W 8D

ULTRA BALLS NEED A NEW DESIGN.

I wanted it in a heavy ball, but I ran out of those, and you can have so many apricorns. D;
