To evolve or not to evolve?

Hey guys, who else is still very much enjoying HG/SS? Anyways here's my dilemma. I've got my very first Poliwhirl for keeps on my team. But I'm still deciding whether or not I want to evolve it. If I do evolve it, I still don't know what I want it to evolve into. If you're a Poli-family owner, then I'd like to hear your input, especially about the pros and cons of not evolving, Poliwrath, and Politoed.
