dumb question

Hi guys, I hope everyone who has HGSS is thoroughly enjoying. I'm jealous!

I have a question about GameStop instore pick ups. I preordered my game online, but didn't choose to do an instore pickup. It's sunday so there's no such mail coming in.

So my question is, if I bring a confirmation and what not to the store, can I get my game? If not, how long would it take to ship? (I'm sooo impatient, so it'll bother me ;;)
