All levels 10-15, basic moves (one might have Flail b/c I am not sure on the Japanese there but none of them have Fly/Surf/Volt Tackle)
I have 15 Yellow Forest Pikachu left for you. Good for lottery, fodder, foreign parent (if your game isn't Japanese,) trade exp bonus, or just to say you own one.
All are holding either a Leppa Berry, Oran Berry, or Tinymushroom and come exactly as they were caught on the Pokewalker. (Except I used like two to help me beat Falkner.) Fodder's fine, though I'm early in the game and any items would come in handy ;)
