"Legendary" breeding?
Yesterday I just discovered that Rotom can breed. Slow? Yes.
And now I have a question. Can any other supposedly "legendary" Pokemon be bred? Aside from Manaphy, I mean. I know about that one from firsthand experience. I've heard that Heatran can be bred, but that doesn't sound right to me :S The argument made was that Heatran had a gender, so it could be bred, but Cresselia's got a gender and she can't be bred.
I realize this is probably a ridiculous question, but I'm terribly confused and would appreciate an answer :)
