(no subject)
I've decided to go and snatch Cresselia. A while ago, somebody here commented on some reply to some post of some sort, and described a (supposedly) fool-proof method to trigger an encounter during normal gameplay which works for all roaming legendaries. (Please raise your hand if it was you.)
If I remember correctly, you had to find a patch of grass on the egde of two routes and keep walking from one route to the other, following Cresselia on your marking map (I don't know how to do that either, though) untill she arrives at the same route you're on.
Or something.
