[People who have ventured near the Umbra Caves before might have seen the house of a bat wielding no longer crazy noheartof, a cursing cake loving starterless, and a spacey godly!cake making legendchaser.
Today, nearby that house, said Gold and Silver began to battle early in the afternoon. They were accompanied by one specialverse Silver and their own Kris, who both watched the entire battle unfold.
It was far from a short battle- Silver met any move Gold's Pokémon made with an effective counter and vice versa, the strength of their teams were evenly matched, their strategies were top-tier... The battle dragged on for quite a while, with plenty of powerful blows in between. In the end, the two last Pokémon left standing were Gold's Typhlosion and Silver's newly evolved Dragonite. More than a few blows were exchanged, and as all good battles end, it came down to one last move from each side.
Gold resorted to Typhlosion's most powerful move. Eruption.
Silver sent Dragonite in with a Giga Impact.
The impact created nothing short of a nice, large, and very loud explosion, scattering debris, dust, stray flames, and an abundant amount of smoke everywhere.
Dragonite pressed on through the Eruption and connected with Typhlosion, and from there, it was all over.
Silver had won.
But when the smoke cleared, neither of them nor their Pokémon were anywhere in sight. Nor was any trace of them being there in the first place, other than the destruction they created.
Furthermore, Kris was missing, as if she had never been there in the first place. The three of them disappeared, leaving one Silver behind.
After the initial shock and panic, frantic searching, a good unhealthy intake of smoke, and some quick thinking, Silver is now checking everywhere, unhappy lungs be damned, to check for everyone from their world. Hhe knows nearly all of them, and needs to know if this is just Gold, Kris, and Silver... Or all of them. Which means that he just might run into you.
