[This Red is in no way dressed for the winter in these spring clothes, neither is he even used to snow, but he has his hands and knees in it anyways. He's eying his distressed and struggling Eevee blink and morph.]

[New evolutions aren't that exciting for Red or Vee, new evolutions are very painful so his Eevee is in a lot of pain.]

[Now seeing a pokemon evolve is usually normal as well as exciting to many, so why is he freaking out? And...why is that Eevee evolving into Glaceon while not near an ice rock?]
