Really, he just had no idea what to do with himself now.
He'd decided on laying out on the beach, despite it being rather chilly, to use it as a very large ashtray for the evening. He had at least two packs of cigarettes smoked already and he didn't seem to be running short any time soon. Hell, he'd even managed to attach Pikachu onto Paul for the day so he could just get away from it all.
In addition, he'd decided on being subtle about that little eye injury of his, so of course he's wearing these to cover it up.
brbtraining might also be with him if you find him earlier on in the day. He looks about as spaced out, but at least he's busying himself repeatedly building the exact same sand castle over and over again, if only to give Green the satisfaction of knocking it over the moment he's finished.]
