I've learned lots of new tricks. [His expression darkens as the weather does, and soon, glowing purple orbs of light begin falling from the sky like rain to shatter upon impact with the ground. Ziz himself is unaffected by the ones that touch him, but to anything pure, they burn on contact.]

[Terra hisses a little, like steam escaping some underground vent, when one of them hits her skin.]

Really. And in exchange for that you've bartered away your personality?

It's not a bad trade. [Gives her a toothy grin, and falls backward until he's upside-down, but still floating.]

Heh. I don't even care.

I know. That's what worries me. You told me how you were born - and yet you willingly go back to someone who twists your mind?

But I'm wanted, now. Not thrown away like garbage because of a flaw. [He rights himself again, and the look on his face is practically manic.]

I rather like it, actually. [And with that, he breaks down into a laughing fit as the storm of burning light increases in intensity to the point where visibility is beginning to decrease, the hissing sound deafening.]

[terra_et_sol]

[Terra's eyes narrow and begin to glow as she exerts her own will, trying to burn away the stormclouds with the sun's light.]

You really think he cares about you? You're wanted for the same reason Magma wanted me. All that freak in the lab coat wants is your power. He's cleverer than the idiots who decided drying up the ocean was a good idea, but that doesn't mean he's any better.

[It works, surprisingly, since Shadow Sky is just a weather effect, and the look on Ziz's face is decidedly less than amused. The atmospheric anomaly surrounding him expands twofold as he cancels out the Sunny Day effect with his own ability, and he backs away a bit.]

And thanks to 'that freak in the lab coat,' I have power. [Raising a hand toward the sky, the wind picks up around the area of low pressure, swirling faster and faster with each passing second, himself at the eye.]

And power is what makes the world go 'round! [He laughs, even if she can't hear it over the wind.]

[Shifting to Pokemon form so she doesn't get blown away.]

Perhaps you do, but Ziz doesn't.

But I am Ziz. [He remains in the human form for now. It's nice and compact, and the wind isn't moving so much as a hair from inside the air lock.]

You really do talk too much. [He frowns, and the low pressure zone expands even more as he attempts to envelop her within it.]

[She sways a little - it would be a stagger if her base wasn't so wide - as the pressure of the wind and then some is lifted all at once.]

What are you doing?

[Her voice, normally a rumbling growl in Pokemon form is soft and strange in the thin air.]

[The air grows thinner and thinner as the barrier expands, becoming harder to breathe, especially in a form as large as Groudon. Ziz is, of course, unaffected, as he is built to survive in extreme altitudes bordering on space itself.]
