[So after getting his bearings for a couple of days Gold has decided he might as well get a few pokemon for himself. After all, he doesn't want to be defenseless, and good fighting reflexes and a knife aren't going to be enough if people gang up on him with dragonites.
So right now he's... standing in the grass near the borders of the CMA, not too far from the forest, and trying to not scare away a group of shinx that seem to have wandered in the area without any of their evolved counterparts.]
All right, here goes~
[He throws a pokeball at an unsuspecting male that strayed a bit from the main group. It touches it, starts to open... and is kicked away. Nice try, Gold]
