[... well, this is certainly a surprise. Cyrus hadn't even mentioned that Jupiter was here. Course, even if she was here, Mars wouldn't have expected running into her like this. She approaches the sleeping woman.]

Jupiter? You awake?

[Both Skuntank and Jupiter shift in their sleep. They both roll over slightly to the same side, and the movement is almost perfectly synchronized. Additionally, Jupiter appears to mumble Mars' name in her sleep.]

... M-rs...

[Mars crouches down near Jupiter's head, glancing over her and her Skuntank again. It's somewhat awkward seeing them look so thoroughly beaten up.]

Yes, it's me. You can hear me, right?

[She's going to confuse her with the other Mars \o/ ]

[Jupiter lifts her head up and opens her eyes. As soon as she sees Mars, she smiles oddly.]

I can fulfill my promise to you now.

[She feels a bit of relief when she sees Jupiter open her eyes, because if she really did get beat up, it's easy to be mistaken for dead and-- hello that smile is a little creepy.]

... You... you don't even remember. But it doesn't matter.

[Jupiter sits up and then stands to her feet... but she seems to do so with difficulty, gritting her teeth more than once as she moves, as if feeling a sharp pain. Skuntank also wakes up and gets to her feet.]

All who oppose us, no matter how powerful... We can defeat them all now. Because I'm stronger than any of them.

You're stronger than anyone, and you're all beaten up. Yeah, that makes perfect sense.

[Mars does have to wonder just what the hell happened, though. And that mention of a promise... she tries to think back and see if Jupiter actually had made any promises, though she comes up with nothing.]

[Now that she's standing up, she notices that there's a tiny red spot on the white part of her uniform. Her own blood. She smiles at it, as if proud of something she has done.]

But, again, it doesn't matter. ... Has the operation progressed?

Well, that's hard to say. It should have, but then somewhere between Iron Island and headquarters I got stuck here, wherever this place is...

[Jupiter blinks. Something just doesn't add up. The Mars she knew was very well-integrated and knowledgeable about the island.]

... Let me ask you something. You've never had a Skitty, right?

[Mars puts a hand on her hips casually.]

... Yeah, that's what I thought.

Only a couple of days. Everyone keeps saying there's no way outta here, and so far it looks like it's true.

[She grumbles a little in discontentment. Consider that diversion successful for the moment, Jupiter!]

And what about you, huh?

I've been here a while. Though... I may have slipped out at one point. I couldn't tell exactly.

[And there's that creepy smile again.]

After all, it's not the easiest thing when you're taking on every single Pokémon you spot, one after the other. And when you've decided to follow that plan for months, without ever stopping.
