Anyone know where he is? I want to talk to him about my Pokedex.

There's also Falkner, Roxanne and Roark.

Where are they from?

Falkner's from Johto. Roxanne's from Hoenn, and Roark's from Sinnoh. Maybe you'll be able 't track them down more easily.

...Well, Johto's right next to Kanto. Sinnoh's a mountainous region, and it's pretty cold. Hoenn's got really nice weather, it's pretty hot over there.
