[In a quieter area of the CMA, there is a Silver. He's sitting underneath a tree, alternatively reading or scribbling in a battered notebook he has balanced on his knees. He looks tired and tense, with dark circles under his eyes and a stiff posture

[ clair just sort of.. stands and stares from a short distance away. the odd feeling she gets from this boy frightens her a little, but she can't help but be curious.

after a few moments of contemplation, she offers a friendly wave. ]

[By the time Clair waves, a flick of his Typhlosion's ear in her direction has alerted him to someone's presence; Silver looks up irritably, stares straight at her, frowns... and returns back to his notebook. Sorry, Clair, you're going to have to try talking if you want a verbal response :|a]

[ oh, she doesn't like frowns! clair bites her lip a bit before steeling her nerves and taking a few steps closer. while she may not have a 'voice' to talk, she'll certainly try communicating telepathically- to what degree it'll be successful with someone like silver is anyone's guess. ]

Are you alright?

[ a stupid question, yes, but clair doesn't seem to think so. ]

[Unfortunately for Clair, her telepathy doesn't work so well with Silver; it's as if he's beyond her reach, even though he's right in front of her. The most he can "hear" is a tinny whisper that's too far away for him to understand. But it's enough to get him to look up and grumpily acknowledge her.]

What do you want?

[oh hey another Silver.

We hear your static and raise you a questioning beep.]

[As Silver looks up, his static pops and cracks and -- what sort of Pokemon is that. His outline fizzles as he stares at this weird not second gen Pokemon; however, as surprised as he is, not much of it creeps up into his facial expression. He's learned not to let things like that show.]

... ... hm. [He drums his fingers along the side of his notebook.] ... new species?

[fourformes]

[Deoxys hovers from side to side for a moment, then initiates telepathy.]

another? BEEP is Strange one found-child-human. seem not well. is unwell?

That's none of your business. What are you?

Ceiling Missingno. is watching you

[Well aren't you a strange one, flicker-Silver. Missingno. is fascinated by your dwelling in the boundaries of reality.

Pokepokepoke. And accidentally loom because it's a story tall.]

[As Missingno approaches, the static and the flickering gets worse; it comes to a peak when Missingno pokes him. It's not as bad as if something living poked him, but it's enough to make him lose focus; the pencil and the notebook he was scribbling in drop through his fingers and knees. He grits his teeth against some sort of pain, ignoring the sick feeling of dread in his stomach. He comforts himself with hate. Hate is totally an acceptable feeling!]

[Silver does not appreciate being pestered by ordinary people, let alone creepers like Missingno :T He reaches for his dropped things, and makes quite the grumpy face when he can't pick them up again. The best he can really do is make the pages of the notebook rattle.]

.... [oh hey, it's Silver. Totally don't know the difference between you and the one I know. Have a 19 year old Red standing a bit off]

Silver... where have you been? [he's suppose to be training you]

[Oh my god it's a Red. We hate Reds. We hate Reds like kids hate their vegetables. Silver bristles at his presence and his Typhlosion wakes, pulling its neck up to stare at Red. The static pops and whistles around them to reflect the sudden change in mood.]

As if I'd let you know.

[he's about as perceptive as a hair brush, sooo]

... fair enough. You're still, yah know... welcome at home and all...

A home? With you? Is this some sort of joke? Why would I ever want to stay with [Whoops. All of that pesky emotion, it's so bad for his focus. His edges fizzle, and he almost loses his grip on his notebook:] someone like you?

[ Palkia is getting a weird feeling from that boy. His distorted-space senses are tingling. Sort of. The boy doesn't have the same "feeling" as a spacial distortion. No, the boy seems... disconnected somehow, and many other things that Palkia cannot find words to describe. And overall, this feeling gives Palkia bit of a headache.

That won't stop the dragon from staring at Silver and trying to figure out what he is. ]

[Palkia may be huge and gaudy, but Silver is going to treat him like he's treating everyone else who's been pestering him today: he gives Palkia a long, hard stare before mulishly returning to his book of dates and times. At least he's stopped reading them aloud?]
