*Silent as a breeze, Castform floats gently into the Central Meeting Area. He looks around to see if there is anyone about, but he is greeted only by the chirping of birds and the chittering-squeak of cicadas on trees.

Looking crestfallen and bored, Castform thinks of a fool-proof way to attracting attention- using a weather move.*

Rivai is nearby with his briefcase, typing on the laptop he stored inside, when he notices the temperature drop. A lot. He shut it down ("save often, save early") and packed it up, and tried to walk away from the cold, but ended up getting closer to it.

He shivered and cursed through chattered teeth.
Damn uniform was warm as a wet towel.
Eventually the Galactic grunt made his way to the Central Meeting Area. He, he saw snow. It, it was...so...
"FAN-FUCKINGTASTICOONI!"
He snarled and tried to blow the snow away. Or at least the flakes right in front of his face so they didn't make him colder then he already was. Unfortunately this required a lot of flailing on his part. He was very much glad Mars wasn't here, because she would be clinging to him right now, pressing herself right up against him for warmth and while that might seem cute you need to remember that she's a freaken psycho and liable to cut you open and hide in your ribcage at moment's notice.

*Castform grins widely at Rivai's reaction.*

*He hovers over to the Grunt and circles around him, still grinning.*

The Galactic grunt finally notices it. It just hasn't a clue as to what the hell it is.

"YOU!" he yelled, glaring accusingly at the happy snowy thing. His knees were shaking.
"I-I-I-i wwwiiilll...---...!!11"
It was hard to talk. How does one harm a cloud? Maybe a rocket launcher would work.

"KkkkKKKKkkiiii..."
He sniffed twice, snot beginning to collect on his upper lip. Rivai never did well in the cold, fit though he was.
"Ju-uu-uustststtttstt-t-t-ttt..."
It was still smiling at him. Why couldn't he think of anything to say?
"Ooooohhh...f-f-ffuc..."
Coldcoldcoldcoldcold cold, man!
Well, screw it. He was fed up with words. Rivai turned and began to walk away, intent on bringing out the Super Duper Dooka Booka Poly Gizmo and raising hell.

*Castform watches Rivai skulk off with a disappointed expression.*

*As if saying 'COME BACK!', he starts following him. He catches up to him and hovers over his shoulder, resuming his smile.*
