But just then, a wild Staravia appears, who seems to be a little aggravated from Butterfree passing by it's territory. Sleep Powder is merely a strong sedative, not an agent for inducing transformation. There must have been an additional force at work in causing this. The most plausible explanation is that this is merely a dream. After all, it has not been proved that Sleep Powder prevents its target from falling into rapid eye movement sleep...
