[Insert one large-ish blue aqua rabbit popping up from out of a random pool of water. Spurting water, of course, because it's fun and he was supposed to be playing tag and hey this isn't Pastoria Beach.]
"Huh? Hey, where am I?" No, he's not speaking human. He's speaking Azumarill. You're all speaking Azumarill, obviously. Duh. "Buneary's gonna be sooooo mad, she'll think I just swam off without telling anyone again and...hey, this place is weird. Where is everyone? Am I the only one here? Hello?"
Oh yes. He's dripping, a bit, but since he just emerged from a pool of water, that is also a duh.
[Pretty average size-wise for an Azumarill, slightly longer tail maybe.]
