I wanted to make sure he trusted me, because there's a Dusknoir going around spreading lies about me.

He says I'm a criminal, but I honestly only have the Island's best intentions in mind. This would all be much too much trouble to have gone to just to steal the Time Gears for myself.

Hmm... Well, Roland's usually a pretty good judge. If he trusts you, so do I.
