The question is, would you do it if you were asked to?

For I am a benevolent, if slightly dickheaded, god.

Well, I mean... Some people struggle with the fact that I just, like, brought them back from the dead. It messes 'em up a little sometimes. Which is why I find it best to just tell 'em that they were unconscious or somethin'...
Oh, also, I'd be kissin' your boyfriend. You're cool with that, right?

Yes, everyone gets a kick out of messing me up for reasons I'll never comprehend.
Unfortunately, the last Pokemon who saw Silver doesn't have a clear idea of where he was. It's very likely that he fell from a tall tree, but that isn't very specific at all...

Puh, anyway... S'pose I should go look for tall trees, then?

She was swept away by a strong wind current and got tangled in the tree. Silver managed to free her, obviously, but I believe the branch he was hanging onto broke. He had jumped from his Lugia straight to the tree branch because Lugia's wings were generating too much wind. Lugia was recalled after that, so it's not like we can assume Lugia saved Silver if he did fall.
Lain was swept away by another air current after being freed, so she wasn't able to see what exactly happened to Silver... and she doesn't remember where they were on the island. So tall trees in general are all we have to work with.
