*A small boy enters the CMA, jumping up and down while looking very confused. His hair and clothes are a very familiar shade of green and on his back are a small pair of gossamer wings.*

"... Can't fly no more..."

*He jumps a few more times before smacking face-first into a tree and landing on his bottom

*The boy looks up at her with a dopey grin as he's helped up, then speaks to her telepathically*

"NOPE! Can't fly no more though... dunno why. Stuff is smaller too..."

[Erika has now been simultaneously assaulted with three facts: one, the boy's telepathic. Two, apparently he was able to fly at some point. Three, when he was, he was probably smaller.]

... You're one of the legendary Pokemon I've been hearing about, aren't you? The ones that take on human form?

*He gives her a very confused look*

"Human whaaa?"

"..er, exactly why are you trying to fly?"

*Celebi looks at the man strangely*

"Could always fly before...*

*His little wings flutter to add emphasis*

*Oak looks closer.* ...Celebi?

*Celebi tries to move towards the professor but his legs don't quite follow and he falls on his face.*

"Still can't fly."
