[A small ways from the beach where Mewtwo landed, an ivory-haired idiot hangs from a tree by his legs. He watches the feline rise from the water and take his fighting stance, giving Mewtwo an idle thumbs up, though from his inverted position in the tree, it looks to be a thumbs down.]

At the sound of the voice, Mewtwo readied a Shadow Ball, but when he saw its source, he let it dissipate between his hands. Nonetheless, his eyes narrowed.

"So you've been watching me this whole time." His voice, though smooth, projected paranoia.

Mewtwo's eyes widened at the sight of the other Pokémon, the Pokémon who looked just like him. An incredibly confused expression crossed his face, though it was obvious he was still on edge. His eyes flickered from the drink to the other Mewtwo's face, and when he realized it wasn't a joke, he decided to play along... for the time being.

"Paradise...?" he echoed, hesitantly lifting his hand to accept the Mai Tai. "How is this place a paradise?"
