Th-the island is... talking?! I had been told it was alive, but to even consider the possibility that it could be capable of speech... this changes many things. I must log this observation immediately.

[He looks around furtively, making sure it wasn't somebody else who was talking, before replying.]

Happy? It appears to be under the influence of several drugs... but then again, I suppose you can more easily identify its state than I could, since it's... your cat.
