You'd think so, but here we are. People just teleport here. There's no contradicting what we're seeing. I mean, we're here now, aren't we?

Umm. Where in Kantou? But um. Not to be rude, but your name sounds like it's from the Ranger nations. Did you move to Kantou?

My father is from the Sansar Islands, but I've lived in Kanto all my life. Celadon City, to be more precise. But, ah, you see, there's something you have to know about the island... people are taken here from different places. Different worlds.

Sansar? Celadon? [Just a blank look at those names. Then a more blank look at the last part.]

Other worlds. We're from seperate planets with different continents and countries and people. You are another world's me and I'm you from another life.

It gets weirder. So. Questions?

Um. [Don't mind her, this is pretty much the face she was making when Lance told her that she'd become the Kantou Champion.And it happened two days after she said 'what's the worst that could happen.' ._.] Ok.

Um. What do you know about this place? A-are there Pokemon here? Because I need to keep Naty in shape, after all. [If that sounds a little, forced, it is.]

It's an island, it takes people, there's Pokemon here, there's huts for us to live in and the sun doesn't work like in my world. Also none of the ghosts here speak Sansar. But there's lots of people here who've been here for a lot longer than I have, so they might explain it better.

Oh, that's good, I can train then, and make my team stronger still. Won't that be great? [That last bit is so forced, but she's operating on the assumption that pokemon are treated like in her world - as tools or weapons. Also - avoiding eye contact.]

They'll be happy here. There's lots to see and a lot of places for different types. I'm not so into fighting, but I do it when I have to.
