I wouldn't call this place sacred.

[This guy recently captured a Bagon, unaware it'll turn into that very dragon you landed so gracefully with. The Pokemon however is and is excitedly looking at Salamence. He's going to fly like that someday. One of these days.]

While I wouldn't call it sacred, it's not a bad place to be "stuck" in either.

Ah, yes. Are you not familiar with the Pokemon line? Bagon evolves into Shelgon before turning into Salamence.

[Salamence nodded it's head as if to affirm what his trainer was saying.]

I'm not used to anything from Hoenn. I was surprised about the Trapinch I captured here turning into a Flygon. Furthermore... you're from Sinnoh, aren't you?

[No, he doesn't tell you a thing about the Island. He doesn't even know where to begin so he usually waits for someone to ask first. ]

Indeed I am. A Sinnoh native born and bred, though I have had an excursion to Hoenn. Hence my partner, Salamence.

[He reaches up to stroke Salamence's neck with a gentle affection. Salamence in return looks positively delighted.]

And what kind of Pokemon do they have here?

So you're Riley then. [Getting there... also a side glance to his Bagon before he answers...] I don't really look into Hoenn much. I take more of an interest in Unova pokemon. I'm from Kanto, prefer the land of Johto... But a little of everything is on this Island.
