[Hi, Island. We hope you didn't need your eyes for anything today, because they're about to get burned. Badly.
A girl and a boy in... interesting, ~sparkly~ dresses are out indulging in an old pastime they weren't able to engage in due to stuffy rules back home. Namely, graffiti. The girl has a basket of spray paint cans, the boy a box of childish sidewalk chalk. In bright colors that match their horrifying outfits. They tried to pick walls of buildings and rocks that looked unoccupied, but wherever you live on the island, you have a chance of walking by and seeing this. The art itself is actually pretty good, all abstract pictures of flowers and cities with no text, just... ow. As for why they are dressed like that... it's a mystery.
