Ugh, would you stop that?
[Silver is training his pokemon -- not an unusual occurrence in the slightest. Right now, he's focusing on Golbat, his only unevolved pokemon aside from Sneasel, and also his weakest. He'd have given up long ago if the idea of having a crobat on his team wasn't so very, very tempting. As it is, Silver has been steadily using up the supply of poffins Jirachi granted him, as silly as they are, in the hopes that it will help Golbat evolve. No such luck so far.]
[What the poffins have done, however, is improved Golbat's physical appearance and given it a well-needed boost to its self-esteem. Silver could care less, but lately his pokemon has been showing off, using moves to their flashiest extent rather than focusing on their power, and that has to stop. Silver's just not sure how to make it.]
[Golbat takes down the furret it's fighting, and Silver calls it back over to him; predictably, it loops around in the air before hovering at his side. Silver growls under his breath.] Listen, I'm not putting up with you so you can show off. Cut it out, or I... [Whatever threat he was thinking of, Golbat's clear disappointment stops it. This thing has to be happy to evolve, right? Damn it.] Ugh... look, just-- Do your best. I won't accept anything less, got it? [Golbat flutters happily in the air at that, zigzagging over to the next wild pokemon without being asked. Silver blinks, then yells after it.]
