[For some reason, it is now STORMING heavily in a very localized area around the Pokemon Center this otherwise nice afternoon. Anyone trying to enter or even just passing by is likely to be drenched, which is a good excuse to hurry on in even if you weren't planning to before.
Inside the Center, a sudden flash of dramatic lightning will illuminate... a small girl (residents of Unova might find her familiar) and a Drifloon. Neither are bothered by the noisy weather. The child is half sprawled on the lobby's table with a bunch of paper, pens, and crayons scattered around. She seems to be drawing her ghost-type, actually, and keeps looking up at it for reference.
...if you pay closer attention, there's some writing next to the amateurish sketch. Apparently, she's trying to make her own little picture book.
