[Friends and neighbors of Ninetales may find the old fox perched on a comfy little patch of grass between forest and beach.
They may also find that she's not in very good shape - her breathing is audibly heavy and ragged, she's much thinner than her usual, which wasn't that great to begin with, and even her tails don't have the strength to sit tall and curled and are laying limply in the grass. Her healthy pup is sitting with her quietly, instead of playing.
