Good Afternoon Gang :) I don't have anything of interest to really cover, I had a follow-up with my surgeon, everything's okay, though they've put me on some meds...fun...things at work are...as they've been...I'm trying to stay level-headed, but what can you do? I finished another book for book club...

When would you expect them to call back if they are still interested? And you shouldn't sell yourself short. Set it a bit high so there's something to bargain with

they should have by now, so I'm going to have to let this ship sail ;) higher is better than lower, but it doesn't seem like a place I'd like to go...but I'd need to learn more.

btw - I have no idea about what's a normal salary in the sates. A guy I know who owns a company has asked me about perhaps working together on a project basis where I do some graphical designs for a webpage and he has someone else doing the programming. That would probably be 2 days work. What is okay to charge for something like that would you think?

it depends on how much time you're putting in. I'd say on average you could charge anywhere from $30 an hour to $60 an hour depending on how experienced you are...I mean, if I freelanced, my rate would probably be closer to $60, but I could do a lot of the web stuff too. I know just making graphics isn't simple, but if it only takes you a couple hours, then you should be under $500 total. I think it's all subjective...
