Challenge 073: Happy
I apologize for the delay. Without further ado, our next challenge is focused on Happy icons. We all could use a happy icon to celebrate the New Year, right? If there's 15 icons or more, the Special Category shall be Best Crop. I'd love to see more participation for us to have the Special Category so let's really go for that, guys! :)

rules
- Contestants may submit up to 3 icons per challenge. Icons are to be 100x100 (or less if desired) and must be either .jpg or .png (recommended). No animated/gif icons are allowed for it will be difficult to work with banners. You may blend images if you wish.
- All icons are to be related to the theme.
- All icons are to be new for each challenge. Contestants will be disqualified if your submitted icons are used anywhere else anytime during the challenge.
- All submissions are to remain anonymous; comments for each challenge will be screened.
- Your LJ name must not be visible anywhere on your icons; they will not be accepted.
- Please upload your submitted icons to servers such as Photobucket, TinyPic, ImageShack, or Imgur.
- There will be winners for First, Second, Third, Mod's Choice, (& Special Category: Best Crop).
- Use any image you wish except for Doujinshi and Fanart; you may go for the anime or manga.

- Entries will be accepted until January 17 @ 11PM, USA Pacific Time. Countdown
