Hmm.. Déjà vu.
So, once again I'm sitting with the D&D book City of the Spider Queen, determined to GM that campaign with... just about any availible player that would feel like playing.
This time I'm slightly more determined than last time, because I really DO want to play that campaign, and try Game Mastering.. Although I did want that last time too. ⌐_⌐
Ah well, hopefully I'll actually get somewhere this time.
At least I'll start working on the actual campaign first this time, and actually get to creating characters with any interested players later.
Since the campaign material is all in english, and we'll most likely be "playing it in swedish" I'll have to make some quick translations of the suggested read-out-loud descriptions.
But in the end it will all be worth it, if I can get my lazy ass to work on it. (Feel free to ask me if I've donce any actual progress worth mentioning, and if I haven't, give me a whack so I'll get back to work. :P)
I mean, a campaign that will be from levels 10-18 in the Underdark. That's some massive dungeon crawl, right there. ;D
Not to mention that a lot of the campaign can be kinda... Lethal to the players. >:D
So the players better be careful, or they'll find themselves facing things like drow hunter-killer teams, a delusional and paranoid half-drow, vampires, illithids, duergar slavers... Wait a minute. It's the Underdark. Those are basically everyday appearances there, never mind. :P
