I come bearing scribbles~
So I thought it'd be fun to try an OCT. Here's my character and his main 'mon that are going to be in Big Sky Carnival over on deviantART. "Beep" Williams and his chansey Sema.
Sema loves karaoke. She does not always choose songs wisely though.
The rest of Beep's team: Thrush the spazzy breloom, Lio the togekiss, Callula the munna, Champion the furret, and Mesut the chingling of doom. Only Lio and Mesut are coming along with him for the tourney though (in addition to Sema).
Testing out togekiss designs. I have since changed the ears into feathers for a more floofy crest.
...I drew this from the bottom up. Whoops.
Sema pretty much had that exact reaction when she first saw the newly-hatched Lio, the puffball togepi. Lio later went through the awkward togetic phase, but thankfully evolved out of it.
More design tests. This time, landing pattern for togekiss, trying out a long parrot-like tail on him. Then Thrush showed up.
Practicing awesome poses or something.
Champion uses Follow Me.
Thrush is...um...not sure what he's doing.
Not sure what Mesut's doing either.
Lio is singing, even though he technically doesn't know any singing moves.
Sema is doing...I dunno, Take Down or Fling.
More awesome action stuff.
Test for Beep's ref pose.
Sema also loves glowstringing. Lio is carrying Mesut around, much to Mesut's annoyance. Thrush is just wtf as always, and Champion is irritated that he's not in the tourney.
Tested drawing a plant pokemon (oddish) and a humanoid one (hitmonchan).
MESUT USED ASTONISH. Plus more Mesut doodles.
