longtime pokémon fandom lurker wants to play with the cool kids. let's be bffs~
so apparently I am a summer resident assistant at an undisclosed location
and these are the door tags for my residents. they are all pencil and watercolor on bristol board except for nidoqueen. I tried gouache for her which was like "HA. no. not happening, you crazy motha."

you can't tell, but that weird purple barber's pole is supposed to be a foam sword. because foam weaponry is kind of a big deal where I exist.
I prefer drawing trainers over pokémon, because I seem to prefer to do things I suck at. here are some shots of the hall bulletin board, i.e. me being a smartass. they're a little underwhelming, but omg HGSS, the way a fool would do, the second coming, I caem buckets, etc., etc.
