Hey minna, it's been a while since I posted anything. I'm really bad about updating blogs and journals and stuff for some reason :sweatdrop: I always have been :whatever: Anyway, not too much has been going on really :whatever: I'm back to working 3 days a week for the next month :angry: so I'm currently looking for a new job for the summer... They don't need help in the bakery anymore :curse: so I can't go back to my old job... not fair :angry: Oh well :whatever: I guess I'll just have to go job-hunt again :sweatdrop: I HATE job-hunting -.-
I've actually been getting some MAJOR work done on my Graphics website over the past week. I've added a new section of 'glitters' for people to use and I've been trying to set it up on a database. I'm going to need a little help with that, though :sweatdrop: I'm gonna have to try and catch Kalli-chan cuz I really have no clue where to begin with that :sweatdrop: I've basically been working my ass off with technical issues related to that site. If the whole 'database' thing goes well with Crystaline Illusions, I'll probably convert this site as well. That may entail having a bit of down-time, though :sweatdrop: but I'll keep you posted on that, ne?
The other day at a yard sale my mom saw a portable pet enclosure for $5 that she should have bought XD But she wasn't thinking I guess :whatever: so when I went back to get it today, it was gone -.- Anyway, since we didn't have that, we set up one of those folding baby fences that you see on Rugrats. Unforetunately, we had to make it REALLY small so the bunnies couldn't slip out through the gaps... Spot still managed it easily -.- so we had him in his harness with it looped over the top of the gate.... Well, he got it tangled all around him AND Spazz :angry: When I tried to untangle them, it was wrapped around Spazz's leg, but I couldn't get close enough to her because the gate was so high XD She was freaking out and trying to kick the leash off her leg... that freaked Spot out (who I was holding) and he scratched the HELL out of me :curse: I have this HUGE scratch about four of five inches long going down the inside of my arm from my wrist :sweatdrop: It's actually a pretty bad cut... I'll probably have a scar :sweatdrop: And people are gonna think I slit my wrist or something :sweatdrop: It stung like crazy -.- I actually sanitized it twice because I REALLY don't want to get sick from a scratch from a bunny -.- I dunno if you can get sick from a bunny scratch like you can from a cat :whatever: they DO use a litter-box like the cats, though :whatever: so it was just a precaution :wink:
I feel so bad right now :brim: The other day when I was babysitting, I went back to the kid's house after I dropped them off at school. It was a really hot day so at about noon (maybe earlier), Barb called and asked me if I would let the dog in the house because she was afraid he would get over-heated. I let him in and after about an hour or two, he needed to go out. He pulled the collar out of my hand when I opened the door (because I was going to put him out on his run) and went to 'do his business'. Anyway, during the winter I could let him out like that and not worry about him running off. I went back to the door to check on him like two minutes later and he was gone -.- I called him for like an hour or more.... and after I got the kids from school, we went out and called him for an hour more. When the kids' dad got home, he went out on the 4-wheeler to look for Buddy. I assumed the dog had seen a rabbit and chased after it or something. I also figured he would have come home after he got tired or bored.... Anyway, I went home and when I came back the next morning, their dad told me they found Buddy..... He had run out into the road and gotten hit by a car :sob: I feel so bad because it was my fault he was loose when he died :sob: I know it's not my fault he was hit, or that he ran off for that matter... but I feel so guilty because the kids are so sad :sniff:
