Thank you, dearie. JD's mom is doing better(read that as she's awake and mostly coherent)... but sadly there isn't anything that can really be done. There is no cure, only a way to treat the disease to prolong her life for a little bit longer.
We aren't sure if she's going to continue her treatment or simply ask the doctors to make her as comfortable as they can.

There isn't much that can be said on this matter. She could be with us for a few weeks or a few years, we don't know.

I'll tell JD you send your thoughts and prayers. Thank you, sweetie.

Ah, packing is the worst. I always put it off until the last minute. I don't know the Lehmans or their family but I'll keep them in my thoughts and prayers for you.
