Ho hum.
In my opinion, the sewing machine is possibly the most fun machine ever. I didn't actually sew seriously, just experimented on a piece of scrap fabric. But it goes so quickly! It takes me like 8 minutes to sew one inch because I am obsessive, and the machine took... uh... five minutes to sew like over a foot. Amazing. We're going to be making a crazy quilt out of random pieces of fabric, so I guess I'll get to try it on Tuesday~
The equestrian meeting is in 10 minutes. But I. I don't think I'm going to do it. Because yes, I realized that me + early morning workouts =/= OTP when I failed to wake up at the appropriate hour for riding. Of course, this could get better as the semester went along, but... I dunno, the prospect isn't as mouth-wateringly appealing as it has been in past semesters. I'm not quite sure why. Maybe because I really am not any kind of team player? Maybe I'm a lazy bum and don't want to exert that much? I have no clue. But... well, there is always senior year if I get really desperate but... yeah, the idea of doing all that work and stuff just isn't me. I. Well, I'm in the riding program.
Maybe getting in and then getting dropped killed all that excitement I had, instead of making me more determined. Or maybe I just didn't want to be that heavily involved in something. I rarely am; I don't quite know why, but I can never 'get into' events. I just. I just don't...
