A day and a half seems too short a time to spend in New York city. But at least it was nice - 60° weather and a T-shirt and jeans for the most part. It's a pity the expensive restaurants take offense to this, but eh, the crabcake was delicious and the lamb was decent, and what the hell, we pay them the same as the shirt-and-tie people.
Spamalot is also a very entertaining musical. It's Monty Python and the Holy Grail, live and with extra songs! I cheered and clapped whenever famous lines came up, just like half the people in the theater. |D "Go away or I shall taunt you a second time!" It was really funny. Old and new to make an exciting and hilarious blend! -- that sounds like some kind of tagline. I also realized that I miss watching TV, even if I never watched much to begin with, and maybe I should wander down to MacG's TV room more often.
Now someone stop me from eating my whole loaf of challah today. S-so good... mmm, bread.
... And happy birthday to you too. Please don't set off the smoke detector; I can smell the match.
