(no subject)
I managed to write about 3,000 words during the write-in today. It was a good day! I basically doubled what I had struggled to get out in six days in only 2.5 hours. Well. Maybe 3-4 hours, since I added some when I got home. Also this is only a rough estimate, because I decided I love masochism and chose to do NaNo on a typewriter, of all things.
Of course I feel that my writing sucks and I have no style and my characters are flat and everything is humorless and everything I've put down is boring as hell. But whatever. I am not planning on making this my Big Novel Debut. I basically just want to get back into the habit of writing fiction, so that is what I am doing. And if it is boring right now, then so be it. No one but me is going to read any of it anyway. Nyeh.
