Points of interest (...possibly?!)
POINT THE FIRST:
Here is "our" cat. It is not really our cat by any means of the imagination, except that it kills and eats things from our yard and and is friendly with us. Oh, and it meows outside the open doors until three in the morning. (Cat, please go to your actual home!!!)
POINT THE SECOND: I have gotten up enough confidence to drive from home to Walnut Creek! And I actually drove out to Concord once, as well. (Surface streets all the way, of course.) I've been working up the nerve to park in actual parking lots, although I still park far away from other cars when I can. Waaaugh scary.
POINT THE THIRD: My laptop screen has died again. New laptop, same problem. I flipped the top open and the screen just stayed black, although the little light indicating hard drive sleep went off. Goddammit. I'm going to the Apple store Friday; maybe they can pinpoint the problem. >(
