Uhuhuhuhu Hugh Jackman ♥ I loved his singing dancing number in the beginning ;o; I love everything Hugh Jackman even if I haven't seen Australia. Also, I had no idea Anne Hathaway could sing that well.
I felt mildly ashamed that I hadn't seen any of the Best Movie nominees b-but I could probably have named every single film that appeared in the "Action 2008" montage. Hello, my movie bias! Though now I want to see Slumdog Millionaire, and Milk - although I am 80% certain that Milk will make me cry, so I'll have to plan.
And um idk what else. I really enjoyed the musical numbers because I am a sucker for those things. Except I did go "AUGH" when Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens showed up I think it seemed less ... technical-y than the last time I watched the Oscars? And the last time I can remember was uh when ROTK won best picture, so it's been quite some time.
Also t-the short animations are adorable: Lavatory Lovestory, Oktapodi.
