there and back again
hmm I bet no one thought this would ever happen. What? Leah Update? well You know it's been a long time since you've updated when the layout of the "update journal" screen is different than last you spied it.
anyway I am doing some women studies homework presently and decided to pop on the internet and while I was looking live journal entries I decided I might as well update. Also I was threated and yelled at by many because I do not post at all anymore.
Winter term is looking to be fun. I have a women studies class and a women warriors class with my favorite college professor. This class is only offered every 3 years or so... so I for sure too it. Despite these two classes being all about women and feminism and such the atmosphere of the classes and the teachers are very great. I am also taking the second term of japanese 4 and a linguistics class. I'm pretty excited with my classes and their respective subject material. It will be a busy term but also fun.
So many things have happened since I last posted and I will not go much of that. I'll just say I am super happy and excited about my life and everything and everyone in it. I am happy with what I am doing and enjoying my free time with friends and my animals.
I've been playing ultima online lately and that so entertaining. I'm builidn gup my characters stats and killing loads of monsters and getting my ass dead a few times here and there. all in all much fun for leah. I've also been playing final fantasy 6 and 8. I am near the end for both and need to finish them. Mario party 5 is really fun too. I want number 4 and 6 so everyday can be mario party day.
got a new member of the family. Here name is Chibi and that means tiny tot in japanese. She is a great cat from the Cat adoption team which is a fantastic place because they are a no kill shelter and are run by some amazing people. I will be volunteering there every week soon because I agree more with their ideals than with the humane societies. Don't get me wrong they are good it's just a personal thing. anyway chibi is great. She's a tad sick and might be her entire life but we're keeping it in check and she's a happy crazy cat.
well I better finish my homework. seeing as I spent most of the day watching trent finish parasite eve, going to pepino's with my mum and playing ultima online.
perhaps I'll update soon. Depends on how much I get harrassed to do so.
